How we verify reviews

Every review on this site is a real review left by a real customer. We collect them directly from our stores and show them here unedited - we never write reviews ourselves, and we never change a customer's words or their star rating.

What "Verified buyer" means

Reviews are collected and managed through Judge.me, an independent reviews platform. When Judge.me can confirm that the person leaving a review actually bought the product - by matching the review to a real order on our store - that review carries a Verified buyer badge.

Reviews without the badge

A review without the badge is still genuine. It simply means the purchase couldn't be matched automatically - for example, the item was bought as a gift, or under a different email address. Those reviews are shown in exactly the same way; only the badge differs.

How the rating is worked out

The star rating shown for each product is the average of every published review for that product, and the review count is the total number of those reviews. Both update automatically as new reviews come in.
